Less than two weeks after Baltimore rapper Lor Scoota was shot and killed while driving in the Northeast area of the city, The Baltimore Sun is reporting that Scoota’s manager, Trayvon “Truz” Lee, was killed near Druid Hill Park in Northwest Baltimore Wednesday night (July 6). Lee was the CEO of YBS Records and a relative to popular dirt bike rider Chino Braxton.

In the above Instagram post, Braxton, 19, who was shot in Baltimore just this past February, remembers Lee, whom he refers to as a brother. “The city I did so much for an put it all behind had betrayed me bro,” he wrote. “They took you.”

It is impossible to separate Lee’s death with that of Scoota’s, who was gunned down while leaving a peace rally when a masked gunman stepped out into the street and opened fire on the vehicle he was driving, witnesses say. In Braxton’s post, he writes, “I went through so much this year it’s crazy I was shot in my head 2times one grazed me one still in my skull an u were the one there bro u ain’t miss a day I say my in that hotel after I got shot then we lose ya artist @scootaupnext witch was tragic an u played a big part in laying him to rest . . . Then a week later we lost you a great dad who put his son first.”

Braxton has as well been commenting on Twitter, with those tweets included below. Visit The Baltimore Sun for more information or to provide some to the homicide investigators.
