Nike Unveils Playstation Air Force 1 Low Official Images

There’s a new Playstation x Nike Air Force 1 Low set to release “soon,” but the exact date and time has not yet been announced. It was rumored that the limited edition sneakers would release last night  Nike SNKRS Stash just before the E3 conference that’s taking place in Los Angeles from June 12-14. However, that wasn’t the case.

That being said, Nike has just released official images of the video game console-inspired sneakers and made them available for select consumers in LA Nike Early Access. To see if you’re eligible to cop the kicks, visit Nike.com.

Keep a close eye on your Nike SNKRS app throughout the day just in case a surprise drop takes place.

Nike and PlayStation have a long-standing relationship that began over a decade ago, when the two brands combined for a limited edition run of Air Force 1s that coincided with Sony’s release of the Playstation 3 in 2006.

The 2006 collab, limited to just 150 numbered pairs, were originally only available to Sony employees, preferred Nike ambassadors and lucky sweepstake winners. According to Nike, their product design team worked closely with PlayStation to come up with the design, which originally included a premium leather sample with laces in red.
