50 Cent Clowns Ja Rule Over Alleged Tax Debt

50 Cent and Ja Rule’s beef has no end in sight.

Earlier this week, it was reported that Ja and his wife Aisha Atkins were being sued by the IRS for $3 million in unpaid taxes. According to RadarOnline, the couple owes taxes from 2005-2010 and 2012-2017 to the tune of $3,139,237.76.

Despite several demands for payment, the IRS claims that Ja refuses to pay off the debt. They are seeking a judgment against the rapper and his wife for $3.1 million. Back in 2011, the Murder Inc. rapper was sentenced to 28 months in prison for failing to file income tax returns for which he owed $1.1 million.

After seeing Ja’s latest troubles, 50 Cent couldn’t help but clown his longtime nemesis. He shared the headline with his 26.5 million Instagram followers and told Ja to pay up. “You gotta pay your taxes fool,” said Fif.

The “Power” executive has had his own financial issues. In 2015, 50 famously declared chapter 11 bankruptcy, citing debts of $36 million and assets of less than $20 million. A judge discharged the case in 2017 after 50 paid off more than $22 million of his debt.

The rap rivals have a history of beef that dates back two decades. In April of last year, Ja challenged 50 to a Verzuz battle, but 50 shot down the idea.

“It’s never over. We may take a break, but [it] ain’t over till one of us gone,” 50 once said of their storied feud.
