After two years of touring internationally, Spanish singer David Bisbal has kicked off the new year with a new album, En Tus Planes (In your plans), released Jan 3.
The 13-track album shares Bisbal's experiences from almost two decades. When you listen to En Tus Planes, you feel the maturity of Bisbal's romanticism, as well as a new level on his musical fusions in songs like “Amor Amé” or “A Partir de Hoy,” which join flamenco with modern sounds.
“The first four songs I released with my colleagues Sebastián Yatra (“A Partir de Hoy”), Greeicy (“Perdón”), Juan Magan (“Besame”) and Alejandro Fernández (“Abriré La Puerta”) were the prelude,” David Bisbal tells Billboard. “I start the year with this wonderful dream where I have been able to rescue all the requests that my audience through social networks has asked me to make at the musical level.”
Bisbal made his international debut in 2002. He has 10 entries on the Top Latin Albums chart, five of which reached the top 10 and Sin Mirar Atrás topping the chart in 2009. He also has 20 entries on Latin Airplay and two iof his songs, “Quien Me Iba a Decir” and “Esclavo de Sus Besos,” reaching No. 1.

“En Tus Planes”
It is the title of this album and the first song I introduce as promotional single without being a collaboration.
"Amor Amé"
People around me like this song a lot. It is a song that surprises with the strength it has, for the lyrics so worked and for the musical production.
"Sabrás"
It is a beautiful ballad. It is a timeless letter that I dedicate to my 9-month-old son, telling him about his sister's love. Surely, it will take a long time for him to understand what I'm trying to say, but when that happens, this song will make all the sense in the world.
