‘It’s OK to Cry & Dance,’ Plus 9 More of Bad Bunny’s Most Inspirational Tweets

Bad Bunny’s 2020 is not too shabby (so far).

He’s celebrating Valentine’s Day with his first-ever collaboration with Sech dubbed “Ignorantes.” He continues to make the rounds with his singles “Vete” and “¿Quien Tu Eres?” and on February 2, he joined Shakira on stage during the Super Bowl 54 Halftime Show, where he sang “I Like It” and “Callaita.”

Earlier this week, the Puerto Rican artist also unveiled that his sophomore studio album is still in the works. “A special track will come out on the 14th but the album is not yet.” Bunny’s forthcoming album follows his 2018 debut set X 100pre, which debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Latin Albums chart.

Bad Bunny, alongside Ozuna, leads the 2020 Billboard Latin American Music Awards as a 14-time finalist. The awards show will air live April 23 on Telemundo, following the three-day event and panel series LatinFest+ presented by Billboard and Telemundo in Las Vegas.

As fans patiently wait for a new album, Billboard encourages fans to follow him, or shall we say @SanBenito, on Twitter. Why? Because that’s where the Latin Grammy-winning artist gets real about life, love, haters and more.

“Be happy about the success of others so you can see how yours arrives”

“You learn every day”

“Habits make you settle for less, without knowing that you deserve much more”

“Don’t wait until someone passes away to pay tribute or show them love and respect”

“I have bad news for my haters: You don’t bother me one bit. In fact, I love you, because I’m also a hater jaja”

“At the end of the day, you have to do it”

“Not being able to say everything you want to not hurt the other person, knowing that you are stronger and you can turn the page but they can’t. They will be greatly affected by what you’ll say and their damage will be greater than your discomfort”

“Sometimes for wanting to be on good terms with people, you will turn your back on others. Try to make the right decision.”
