On Friday afternoon (April 10), Spanish singer Abraham Mateo connected with Billboard’s Suzette Fernández for a Billboard Live chat from Madrid, Spain, to talk about how he confronted coronavirus symptoms, his new music and to answer rapid-fire questions.
The interview began by talking about how the singer was feeling and whether he had recovered from the coronavirus symptoms he had experienced. “Even though I had the symptoms, we decided to stay at home and not to get tested,” he says. And the reason behind this decision was to keep his body away from people to prevent the symptoms from getting worse.
Also, Mateo confirmed that he is ready to release a new song called “Tiempo Pa Olvidar” alongside Becky G in May. “It is a song that goes a lot with my style as well as Becky’s.”
