Deandre Baker and Quinton Dunbar have been accused of an armed robbery at a cookout.
Perhaps the wildest news to come out of the NFL this past week was an alleged armed robbery conducted by New York Giants star Deandre Baker and Seattle Seahawks player Quinton Dunbar. As the story goes, Dunbar, Baker, and a third man allegedly pulled up to a cookout in Florida wearing masks and robbed everyone for their cash and jewelry before making a break for it in some sports cars. According to the police, Baker had a gun with him and even used it to threaten some of the people at the party.
Now, in a report from TMZ, it was revealed by Baker’s attorney that the Giants star has turned himself in to police and is now facing multiple charges of armed robbery and aggravated assault. The attorney has maintained Baker’s innocence and says that there are plenty of witnesses who can prove it.
