Justin Timberlake is parting ways with his L.A. mansion.
The singer and his wife, Jessica Biel, have put their Hollywood Hills home on the market for $35 million. The gated compound sits on over 10 acres in the Hollywood Hills with complete privacy and stunning views.
According to The Wall Street Journal, Timberlake paid $8.3 million for the property in 2002 prior to his marriage to Biel. Built in 2000, the 13,530-square-foot Spanish villa is located at the end of a cul-de-sac off Mulholland Drive and features seven bedrooms, a gym, screening room, and an expansive outdoor entertaining area.
Additionally, there is a separate guesthouse, tennis court, vegetable gardens, and an 85-foot zero-edge pool, which the couple added when they renovated the property.
The estate, once owned by early Hollywood star Errol Flynn, also includes a vacant 7-acre lot that sits behind the main residence and offers added privacy. Timberlake purchased the land from actress Helen Hunt.
According to listing agent Justin Paul Huchel, the property is one of the largest in the area. “Just a sliver of grass in the [Hollywood] Hills is hard to find,†said Huchel.
The couple, who has two sons, has been spending less time in Los Angeles. Their real estate portfolio also includes properties in New York City, Montana, and Tennessee.
