"AHS" To Feature "Crazy, Erotic Sex" Scenes With Macaulay Culkin & Kathy Bates

American Horror Story creator Ryan Murphy revealed that he managed to lock down Macaulay Culkin for a role on season 10 of the FX show by telling him that his character would have “crazy, erotic sex” with 71-year-old actress, Kathy Bates. While there is no set release date for the tenth season of AHS just yet, Ryan Murphy is doing everything he can to get the show’s loyal fans as well as new viewers amped up for what’s to come. While the showrunner was busy promoting his new Netflix series, Hollywood, he took the time to share a few exclusive details about AHS, including

“I have always loved Macaulay Culkin’s work,” he said. “I loved everything that he’s done, I love the stuff he did in Home Alone. I also loved the older, more recent stuff that he did. And he hasn’t worked in a while.”

“So I have this very, very great, insane part,” he continued. “And I asked to speak to him on the phone and he said okay. [When] I cast, I never let people read things, usually,” . “I said, ‘Okay, here’s the pitch.’ And I told him the character and I told him he has crazy, erotic sex with Kathy Bates and does other things. And he paused and he goes, ‘This sounds like the role I was born to play.’ So, he signed up right then and there.”

While AHS has been known to push the boundaries on television, those are sure to be some exceptionally spicy scenes. Along with this new enthralling detail, Murphy has also given a few hints at the season 10 theme. He’s mentioned that it’s “a weather-dependent show” reliant on “a very specific moment.” AHS staple actress, Sarah Paulson, will have a “central role” in the story, and actors like Leslie Grossman, Billie Lourd, Evan Peters, Adina Porter, Lily Rabe, Angelica Ross, and Finn Wittrock will also be starring in the new season.
