An Ongoing Complete List of All the Allegations Against Diddy

Diddy‘s legacy has been seemingly tarnished beyond repair. Though rumors about the music exec’s deviant behavior have been floating around for years, the world got to witness it firsthand when CNN released footage of Puff assaulting his ex-girlfriend Cassie in a Los Angeles hotel hallway from 2016. The video mirrored an incident described by Cassie in her lawsuit filed against Diddy in November of 2023.

While seeing Diddy act like an animal onscreen has shocked the general public, the Bad Boy founder is being accused of more sick behavior that allegedly happened outside the prying eye of cameras in two-dozen civil lawsuits he is currently facing from people accusing him of sexual assaults and violent rapes dating back to the 1990s. More are on the way. Houston-based attorney Tony Buzbee announced in September he is representing 120 people who plan to sue Puff and his associates.

This is on top of a criminal case he is fighting that finds him charged with sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Here are all the civil allegations against Diddy.

Cassie Ventura Sues Diddy for Sexual and Physical Abuse

On Nov. 16, 2023, Diddy’s longtime former girlfriend Cassie filed an extensive lawsuit detailing years of sexual and physical abuse at the hands of Diddy during their decade-long relationship.

The Allegations:

• Diddy began coercing Cassie to engage in a fantasy of his called voyeurism. She was directed to have sex with numerous male prostitutes, while Diddy masturbated and recorded videos.
• After a dinner in 2018, Diddy forced himself into Cassie’s apartment and raped her while she “repeatedly said ‘no’ and tried to push him away.’
• In Los Angeles in 2009, Diddy became furious because Cassie was seen talking with another talent agent. He pushed her into a car and kicked her repeatedly in the face.
• Diddy provided Cassie with “copious amounts of drugs” including ketamine and ecstasy.
• Diddy allegedly grew so angry about Cassie dating Kid Cudi that he threatened to blow up his car.
• During one “freak off” in 2016 at a Los Angeles hotel, an intoxicated Diddy gave Cassie a black eye. He then fell asleep, and Cassie attempted to leave, but Diddy pursued her into the hallway. Diddy allegedly was seen on security camera throwing glass vases at her, but the Bad Boy mogul paid the hotel $50,000 for the footage.
• Diddy allegedly asked Cassie to carry his gun in her purse, and in one incident dangled a friend of the R&B singer’s over a 17th floor hotel balcony.

This case has been settled. 

Joi Dickerson-Neal’s Lawsuit

On Nov. 23, 2023, Joi Dickerson-Neal sued Diddy a week after Cassie filed and settled her lawsuit with the disgraced exec.

The Allegations:

• Dickerson-Neal claims she was drugged and sexually assaulted by Diddy when she was a college student at Syracuse University in 1991.
• Diddy recorded the incident without her knowledge
• Diddy showed the recording to various people including Jodeci’s DeVante Swing.

Liza Gardner Files Lawsuit

On Nov. 23, 2023, Liza Gardner filed a third lawsuit against Diddy.

The Allegations:

• Jane Doe insists Diddy and R&B singer Aaron Hall took turns sexually assaulting her and one of her friends in 1990 or 1991.
• A couple of days after the incident, Diddy paid the woman a visit in search of her friend out of fear that she would tell and, in a fit of rage, choked Jane Doe until she passed out.

Jane Doe Accuses Diddy of Gang Rape

On Dec. 6, 2023, a fourth woman sued Diddy for allegedly participating in gang-raping her when she was 17 years old.

The Allegations:

• The unidentified accuser claims Diddy and former Bad Boy Entertainment President Harve Pierre, along with a third unidentified man, gang-raped her in 2003.
• Diddy trafficked the then 17-year-old high school student across state lines.
• Diddy forced the teen to take “copious amounts of drugs and alcohol” before sexually assaulting her.
• The producer took a picture with the teen sitting on his lap that is being used as evidence.

Producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones Accuses Diddy of Sexual Harassment and Sexual Assault

On Feb. 26, 2024, producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones sued Diddy in a bombshell lawsuit accusing Puff of several deviant acts that were allegedly witnessed by the beatmaker during his time working on Diddy’s latest LP Off the Grid: The Love Album.

The Allegations:

• Jones claims Diddy drugged and had sex with underage girls.
• Diddy groped and touched Jones on multiple occasions.
• Diddy made Jones procure sex workers.
• Diddy paid Yung Miami and other women for sex work.
• Diddy frequently used cocaine and had the drug trafficked across state lines for his consumption.
• Diddy hosted celeb-filled sex parties known as “freak-offs.”

Model Crystal McKinney Sues Diddy for Sexual Assault

On May 21, 2024, model Crystal McKinney filed suit against Diddy accusing him of sex crimes.

The Allegations:

• McKinney claims she met Diddy at a party in 2003 where he drugged her with a laced joint.
• While she was intoxicated, Diddy forced her to perform oral sex on him.

April Lampros Accuses Diddy of Rape

On May 23, 2024, April Lampros, a former student at NYC’s Fashion Institute of Technology, sued Diddy for sexual assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress, claiming in a lawsuit that he drugged and sexually assaulted her several times between 1995 and 1998. Bad Boy Records, Arista Records, and Sony Music Entertainment are also part of the lawsuit.

The Allegations:

• Diddy raped her for the first time after they went to dinner.
• Diddy forced her to perform oral sex on him in a garage in a second incident, and an attendant watched.
• Diddy forced her to swallow ecstasy and then demanded she have sex with Kim Porter while he masturbated. Then he raped Lampros.
• Kim claimed Lampros tried to poison her at a restaurant where Lampros worked.
• Kim requested the boss fire Lampros or Diddy would shut the restaurant down. Lampros was fired.
• Diddy tried to rape Lampros again in another encounter, but she was able to fight him off.
• Diddy took videos of the assaults and showed them to several people, but Lampros didn’t know he filmed anything until years later.

Adria English Sues Diddy for Sex Trafficking

On July 3, 2024, Adria English filed suit against Diddy. A former porn star named Omunique, English claims she first met Diddy around 2004 when her boyfriend at the time was auditioning for a modeling job with Diddy’s Sean John. She then claims he trafficked her at his parties for sex.

The Allegations:

• She claims she was “groomed” into having sex with guests at Diddy’s parties.
• Adria English said she was forced to have sex with famed jeweler Jacob Arabov, and that she was paid an additional $1,000 bonus for doing so.
• Diddy allegedly congratulated English on a “good job” after forcibly sleeping with Arabov and soon after began passing her around to other guests at other parties.
• She also sued a woman named Tamiko Thomas who she said managed Diddy’s sex trafficking ring.
• She claims after leaving for California in 2009 that Diddy blackballed her and her boyfriend from the industry.

Derrick Lee Cardello-Smith Sues Diddy for Rape and Wins $100 Million Default Judgment

On Sept. 9, 2024, Derrick Lee Cardello-Smith, who’s currently incarcerated in the Earnest C. Brooks Correctional Facility in Muskegon Heights, Mich., won a $100 million default judgment against Diddy. In a lawsuit filed by Cardello-Smith, he accused Diddy of drugging and raping Cardello-Smith in 1997 at a party in Detroit, according to court records.

The Allegations:

• Derrick Lee Cardello-Smith claims Diddy provided Cardello-Smith with a drink that was not the initial glass Cardello-Smith was drinking from.
• After ingesting the contents of the glass, Cardello-Smith says he continued to sit down, felt drowsy and ultimately passed out.
• According to Cardello-Smith, Diddy said, “I added a little something to it for you,” referring to the glass Cardello-Smith drank from being spiked. Cardello-Smith claims Diddy also said, “I will get that from you anyway, one way or another.”
• Cardello-Smith claims that when he woke up, Diddy admitted he sexually assaulted Cardello-Smith while he was unconscious. Diddy was allegedly having sex with a woman and said, “I did this to you too.”

Singer Dawn Richard Sues Diddy for Sexual, Physical and Verbal Abuse

On Sept. 10, 2024, singer Dawn Richard filed a lawsuit against Diddy, which accuses him of sexual, physical and verbal abuse. Richard was a former member of Diddy’s girl group Danity Kane as well as once in a group with Diddy himself called Diddy-Dirty Money, alongside singer Kalenna Harper.

The Allegations:

• Dawn Richard claims she saw Kim Porter, Diddy’s former girlfriend and the mother of three of his children, crying as she left a music studio in 2005. Porter allegedly had injuries on her face, including a lacerated lip.
• She alleges the rap mogul was high one day in 2009, when she witnessed him throw Cassie against a wall, choke her and drag her up a staircase in his L.A. home. Another time, Richard describes that he threw a “scalding pan of eggs” at Cassie. He also punched her in the face and tried to choke her.
• After urging Cassie to leave Diddy, he allegedly told Richard and Kelenna Harper, a former member of Diddy-Dirty Money: “Y’all bitches don’t get in my relationship.” He reportedly said adding, “Don’t tell my bi**h [Cassie] what she need to be doing … Just make money and shut the f**k up … I end artists … I shelve careers … You could be missing … You b**ches want to die today.”
• Richard witnessed Diddy punch Cassie in the stomach at a dinner where Usher, Ne-Yo and Jimmy Iovine were present.
• She claims underage girls attended an afterparty at Diddy’s house following the Soul Train Awards in 2009. Drugs and liquor were provided to them. After they appeared “lethargic or passed out,” Diddy and his guests performed sexual acts on them.
• At his home in Miami, when Diddy appeared to speak with her in nothing but underwear, Richard asked Diddy to put on clothes, and he refused. “This is my f**king house!” he apparently said.
• Richard claims that while she was naked in a dressing room at his recording studio, Diddy inappropriately touched her breasts and butt.
• She also claims he locked her in a car for two hours as she screamed for help. There was no way to escape the vehicle since there were no interior door handles. Richard had to call her father to help her.
• Her life was threatened on multiple occasions.

Thalia Graves Accuses Diddy of Rape in Lawsuit

On Sept. 24, 2024, Thalia Graves accused Diddy and his head of security Joseph Sherman of viciously raping her in 2001 in a lawsuit.

The Allegations:

• Graves claims she met with Diddy and Sherman after Diddy called her to discuss her then-boyfriend’s employment at Bad Boy and “performance issues.” Graves’ boyfriend was a Bad Boy executive at the time of the assault.
• Once she was picked up in Queens, she entered an SUV, where she was given a glass of wine by Diddy and Sherman that was allegedly laced with with a drug that caused her to lose consciousness.
• When Graves awoke, she claims she was bound and restrained by Diddy and Sherman. Diddy is accused of raping her vaginally and anally. Sherman is accused of slapping her and putting his penis in her mouth.

Jane Doe Sued Diddy for Drugging and Sexual Assault

On Sept. 27, another Jane Doe filed a lawsuit against Diddy claiming he drugged and sexually assaulted her over a four-year period.

The Allegations:

• Jane Doe claims she met Diddy overseas in 2020 and was invited to join the music exec on an all-expenses-paid trip.
• She met Diddy multiple times between 2021 and 2022. If she declined, Jane Doe claims Diddy’s team would use “coercive and harassing language” to get her to agree and have a driver show up at her house.
• In April of 2022, Jane Doe alleges Diddy forced her to have intercourse at his L.A. home.
• Jane Doe claims Diddy spiked alcoholic beverages in order to make her comply.
• Jane Doe alleges her encounters with Diddy left her with physical injuries including bruises and bite marks.
• In July of 2022, the woman claims Diddy made her take ketamine causing her to black out.
• Jane Doe claims she became pregnant in 2022, and Diddy’s team harassed her about aborting the child. She ultimately suffered a miscarriage.
• Yung Miami allegedly harassed Jane Doe by calling her and telling her to get an abortion.
• Jane Doe claims to have witnessed Diddy slap multiple women.
• Diddy tracked her location and monitored her phone conversations.
• Diddy continued to try and contact her as a means of intimidation.
• Diddy and his agents at his request would record sexual encounters with Jane Doe without her permission.

John Doe Sues Diddy for Rape

On Oct. 14, another John Doe filed a lawsuit against Diddy in what would be a total of six lawsuits filed that day by the Buzbee Law Firm.

The Allegations:

• The plaintiff, a former worker for Ecko Clothing, a competing brand to Puff’s Sean John line, claims he bumped into Diddy and three of the music mogul’s bodyguards at Macy’s flagship store in N.Y.C. in May of 2008.
• The plaintiff claims someone pistol-whipped him during the encounter, knocking him to the ground. Diddy then allegedly told the man, “Suck my d**k, Ecko,” before brutally orally raping the accuser.

John Doe Sues Diddy for Drugging and Sodomy

On Oct. 14, another John Doe sued Diddy for alleged 2006 drugging and sexual assault.

The Allegations:

• John Doe claims he worked security at one of Diddy’s white parties in 2006.
• During the party, John Doe claims he was drugged with “GBH and/or Ecstasy.”
• During his disoriented state, Diddy allegedly forced him into a van and sodomized him.

John Doe Sues Diddy for Drugging and Sexual Assault

On Oct. 14, another John Doe filed a lawsuit against Diddy claiming he was drugged and sexually assaulted by Puff and multiple men.

The Allegations:

• John Doe claims he attended a Diddy party in October of 2021. After drinking one drink, he became disoriented.
• The man claims the next thing he remembered, he was paralyzed in a bedroom and at least three men were sexually assaulting him.
• The plaintiff claims to “distinctly remember” seeing Diddy naked above him during the alleged incident.

John Doe Sues Diddy for Sexual Assault

On Oct. 14, another John Doe sued Diddy for a sexual assault that allegedly happened when the accuser was 16 years old.

The Allegations:

• John Doe claims he attended one of Puff’s white parties in The Hamptons in 1998.
• The complainant claims Diddy took an interest in him and took him to a separate room where Diddy allegedly tried to woo the teen by telling him he would make him a star.
• Diddy allegedly ordered the teen to drop his pants so the music mogul could inspect his genitalia while questioning, “Don’t you want to break into the business?”
• John Doe claims he conceded and Diddy allegedly fondled the teen’s genitals.

Jane Doe Sues Diddy for Rape

On Oct. 14, another Jane Doe sued Diddy for an alleged rape in 2004 where the disgraced music producer is accused of raping and threatening to kill her and her friend.

The Allegations:

• Jane Doe, who says she was 19 years old and attending college in Brooklyn at the time of the incident, claims she and her friend were invited to a photoshoot for Diddy’s group Da Band in 2004.
• Doe claims Diddy invited her and her friend to an exclusive afterparty at a New York hotel. At the party, the duo was escorted to a side room where Diddy was allegedly waiting.
• Diddy allegedly offered the women cocaine before demanding that Doe’s friend go down on him and threatened to kill them both if she didn’t.
• Doe’s friend allegedly complied, after which Diddy supposedly forced himself on Doe and sexually assaulted her.

Jane Doe Sues Diddy for Aggravated Sexual Assault

On Oct. 14, another Jane Doe sued Diddy claiming he raped her at a party for the “One More Chance” video in 1995.

The Allegations:

• Jane Doe claims she attended a party at Elks Plaza in New York City for the music video “One More Chance” by The Notorious B.I.G.
• While at the party, Doe claims Diddy approached her and asked to speak privately.
• Once in a bathroom, Diddy allegedly started kissing Doe, who rebuffed his advances. He allegedly responded by hitting Doe multiple times and lifting up her dress and raping her. Diddy allegedly warned the alleged victim not to tell before leaving.

Ashley Parham Sues Diddy for Rape

On Oct. 15, Ashley Parham sued Diddy for allegedly raping her with a remote control as payback for comments she made about Tupac Shakur.

The Allegations:

• Parham claims she met an associate of Diddy at a bar in February of 2018 who called Diddy on FaceTime in an attempt to impress her. During the call, Parham told Diddy she believed he was involved in the death of Tupac. Puff reportedly responded by telling Parham she would pay for the remark.
• One month later, Parham claims she was invited to the home of the man she met at the bar. Shortly after she arrived, Diddy showed up and threatened her with a knife, the lawsuit states.
• Diddy allegedly removed Parham’s clothes and violently inserted a TV remote into her vagina after threatening to sex traffic her.
• Parham claims she was raped by two other men at the instruction of Diddy during the incident.

John Doe Sues Diddy for Sexual Assault 

On Oct. 20, another John Doe sued Diddy for allegedly sexually assaulting him at a Ciroc party in Los Angeles around 2022.

The Allegations:

• The plaintiff, a businessman, claims he worked with Diddy through his luxury rental car business. Around 2022, Diddy invited him to a Ciroc party in Los Angeles.
• During the event, Diddy allegedly lured the plaintiff to a private office where he drunkenly began trying to remove the accuser’s clothes and his own, the suit states.
• Diddy allegedly aggressively grabbed the accuser’s genitalia.
• An unnamed professional athlete interrupted the incident and the plaintiff was able to escape.

John Doe Sued Diddy for Drugging and Sexual Assault

On Oct. 20, another John Doe sued Puff for a drugging and sexual assault that allegedly occurred at an award show afterparty in Los Angeles in 2023.

The Allegations:

• The plaintiff, a celebrity personal trainer, claims he was invited to a Diddy party in the Hollywood Hills in Los Angeles in June of 2022. When he arrived, he was made to sign a non-disclosure agreement and drink a previously prepared drink in order to enter.
• The plaintiff claims he was later escorted to a smaller room where an orgy that included several well-known individuals was taking place.
• Doe claims he began to feel woozy and Diddy approached him and began to perform nonconsensual oral sex on him.
• Diddy allegedly demanded the plaintiff perform oral sex on another male celebrity, which he conceded to doing due to the drugs he had involuntarily ingested.
• The accuser claims he lost consciousness several times but remembers being forced to perform sex acts on other men and women.
• The accuser claims he eventually blacked out and woke up in front of his apartment, shirtless and minus his phone.

Jane Doe Sues Diddy for Drugging and Sexual Assault

On Oct. 20, another Jane Doe sued Diddy for a drugging and sexual assault that allegedly took place when she was 13 years old.

The Allegations:

• The plaintiff claims she was dropped off at Radio City Music Hall in N.Y.C. to attend MTV’s Video Music Awards in 2000.
• While waiting outside to gain entry, she claims one of Diddy’s limo drivers who invited her to an afterparty.
• At the party, the woman claims she was made to sign a non-disclosure agreement and says she witnessed multiple celebrities using drugs like weed and cocaine. She was then given a drink that made her lightheaded.
• After going to a room to lie down, she claims Diddy and two unnamed male and female celebrities entered the room. Diddy sexually assaulted her while the two celebrities watched, the suit claims. She was able to escape to a nearby gas station where she received help.

Jane Doe Sues Diddy for Drugging and Rape

On Oct. 20, another Jane Doe sued Diddy for an alleged drugging and rape that occurred at a Manhattan house party in 2022.

The Allegations:

• The plaintiff, an independent music artist, who was 29 years old at the time of the alleged incident, claims she attended a house party hosted by Diddy at a posh home in Manhattan.
• During the party, the plaintiff claims to have witnessed widespread drug use and Diddy urging guests to partake. Doe says she only drank one glass of wine and did not use any drugs.
• Diddy allegedly pulled her to the side, she assumed to talk about her music career. While alone with the mogul, she began to feel disoriented.
• The plaintiff claims Diddy raped her in her semi-conscious state. She woke up the next morning in the same room where the alleged assault took place and discovered she had vaginal bleeding and soreness.

This case has been dismissed. 

Jane Doe Sues Diddy for Drugging and Rape

On Oct. 20, another Jane Doe sued Diddy for an alleged drugging and rape that supposedly happened at a 2014 afterparty in Las Vegas.

The Allegations:

• The plaintiff claims she attended a Diddy party at Club Rehab on Memorial Day Weekend in 2014 in Las Vegas and was later invited to an afterparty at a suite at the Planet Hollywood hotel.
• Diddy urged the plaintiff to drink from open bottles of Ciroc that were laid out on a bar. Less than an hour later, the suit states, the plaintiff began to feel dizzy. She was directed to an empty bedroom.
• The accuser claims she remembers waking up the next day naked with soreness in her vaginal area to a shirtless Diddy yelling at someone on a cell phone. It was clear that he’d been in the bed with her, the suit states. After he left, she gathered her belongings and went back to her hotel.

Diddy has vehemently denied all the allegations against him. After his homes in Miami and Los Angeles were raided by the Department of Homeland Security as part of an alleged sex trafficking investigation in March, the embattled mogul was arrested on Sept. 16 and indicted for sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty to the crimes against him. Diddy is currently in the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, where he will remain until his trial date, which has been scheduled for May 25, 2025.
