Liam Payne sent Directioners into a frenzy on Wednesday (July 1) when he uploaded a TikTok FaceTiming a contact titled “H.” Lo and behold, Harry Styles himself answers the call (with what seems like a pre-recorded video of himself).
Much to Payne’s dismay, the conversation is a bit one-sided, as Styles just giggles without replying to his former bandmate’s questions. “Alright, it’s getting weird now, I’ll speak to you later,” the “Stack It Up” singer said before hanging up the call.

Ever since One Direction began its hiatus in 2016, fans have been wondering when a reunion would finally come. The group’s 10-year anniversary is this month, so the cryptic TikTok feels closer to an answer than ever.
This interactions comes just a few months after Niall Horan, Payne, Styles and Louis Tomlinson all followed Zayn Malik on Twitter in April. On top of that, Payne hinted in not one, but two interviews that the guys have been in touch “a lot more at the moment,” as he said on The Late Late Show With James Corden.
