Born X Raised Drops an Honorary Cinco de Mayo Collection

LA-based streetwear label Born X Raised has dropped off an all-new capsule collection celebrating Cinco de Mayo, alongside a campaign starring rapper Conejo.

The lineup includes an expansion of the imprint’s cut-and-sew offerings, with a range of work jackets, button-down shirts, jerseys and work pants. Among them, the Shadow Plaid Button Down honors the holiday with spirited emblems while keeping craftsmanship at the fore, and the Rugby Jersey opts for striking colors and vibrant details for a sense of urban sophistication. A football jersey, in white and blue, features screen-printed artwork, while a cotton poncho, in brown, dons floral and spiritual motifs.

In classic Born X Raised fashion, the Cinco de Mayo collection merges the cult brand’s signature printables with new cut-and-sew silhouettes, offering a juxtaposition between the label’s heritage and its penchant for boundary-pushing design. The range also includes several T-shirts, hoodies and sweatpants, all of which front signature iconography alongside illustrative depictions of religious figures.

Born X Raised’s Cinco de Mayo collection is now available for purchase on the brand’s webstore. See the full range in the campaign imagery above.
