Brockhampton, the self-proclaimed “greatest boy band in the world,” has turned to Twitter to announce their newest project.
On Tuesday (March 20), the Cali-based collective shared what appears to be a cover art image with the words “PUPPY” and “Summer 2018” written across it.
Although the tweet didn’t include any extra commentary, Brockhampton’s Kevin Abstract did confirm PUPPY is an album. It would serve as the follow-up to the three-part Saturation series the group released last year.
“PUPPY IS THE ALBUM NAME YES THE GREATEST BOYBAND IN THE WORLD IS CURRENTLY WORKING ON PUPPY,” Abstract wrote.
News PUPPY comes shortly after Brockhampton claimed a female “GOD” told them not to release its Team Effort album next week.
