Just one more sleep until James Corden packs his SUV with the members of BTS! The K-pop superstars will hop in the van with the Late Late Show host on Tuesday night (Feb. 25) after the show received more than a million tweets supporting the gas-saving singing session. In a one-minute teaser clip that dropped on Monday morning (Feb. 24), Corden starts out by thanking the band for helping him commute.
"Do you mind if we listen to some music?" Corden asks as the group smile, laugh and sing along to their host's attempts to harmonize on their latest single, "On." Feeling the vibes, Corden wonders, "is this your way of asking me to join the band?"
BTS is also slated to make an episode-long takeover of The Tonight Show on Monday night that will include an extended interview, performance and tour of New York city landmarks.
The group premiered their single "Black Swan" on the Late Late Show in January and their eagerly anticipated new album, Map of the Soul: 7, was released on Friday (Feb. 21). The album's 20-song tracklist includes such fan favorites as “Interlude: Shadow," “Outro: Ego,” and “Black Swan,” and it was fronted by “On,” which has been released as both a BTS-only version and one featuring Sia.
