Tuesday morning, rapper DMX was reportedly late for an emergency hearing at Manhattan Federal Court concerning a probation violation. He allegedly tested positive for opiates, cocaine, and oxycodone, according to TMZ. The court hearing was postponed from 11:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. When it was supposed to start, DMX�s attorney Murray Richman reported that he was somewhere on the West Side Highway. �I�d like to tell you I have total control his movements, but I don�t,� he told the judge.

X was taken into custody after the hearing, wearing a white t-shirt with a smiley face and a peace sign. It�s said that he will likely remain in custody until his sentencing on March 28. Richman made a statement saying that he is “saddened and disappointed. They’ll] have to deal with it accordingly.� He also said that he will try to get his DMX back into a rehab program.
