Drake Is Selling His YOLO Estate for $15 Million

If you’re reading this, it’s not too late.

A week after he purchased a $70 million mansion in Beverly Crest, Drake’s famed YOLO Estate in Hidden Hills has hit the market. The three-acre property, which sits on a private cul-de-sac in the exclusive gated enclave, can be yours for $14.8 million.

Built in 1974, the 12,500-square-foot English Tudor boasts seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, six fireplaces, a wine cellar, tasting room, bar, recording studio, and movie theater. The master suite is hidden behind a bookshelf and covers 2,000 square feet with two marble bathtubs.

Other highlights include a tennis court, sand volleyball court, swimming pool with spa grotto, 80 foot-long rock waterslide, mechanical bull, and equestrian amenities such as a horse stable and riding ring.

In addition to the main estate, Drake has listed two other properties inside the community, including a 3,600-square-foot ranch for $4.5 million and a 2,500-square-foot ranch at $2.9 million. All three homes can be bought for a combined $22.2 million, creating a triple-lot estate that spans 6.5 acres.

Drake, who purchased his Hidden Hills party pad in 2012 for $7.7 million, briefly listed it in 2017 for just under $20 million.

Last week, Drake purchased an even larger home in the Beverly Crest area in an off-market deal worth a reported $70 million. Previously owned by Robbie Williams, the 25,000-square-foot property sits on 20 acres with 10 bedrooms and 22 bathrooms.
