Everyone including Drake’s mother is counting down to Certified Lover Boy.
In the days leading up to the album’s release on Friday, Sandi Graham sent flowers to her son. On Tuesday, Drake shared the red roses his mom sent to his house in the shape of a “3.” Along with the flowers, she penned a sweet poem addressed to “Lover Boy.”
“Three more days we’re counting down / For us to hear the best / Everyone’s excited / ‘Cause you’re nothing like the rest / Three more days my pookaroo / I couldn’t be more proud of you,” wrote Sandi, who signed it “Loving Mom.”

On Wednesday, another floral arrangement arrived at The Embassy in the shape of a number “2,” which included more touching words from Sandi.
“Day two is here, one more to go,” she wrote. “We go high when they go low / Certified – it’s been quite a ride / I forever admire your relentless drive.”

In advance of the album’s release on Friday, billboards have appeared in Toronto with what appear to be song lyrics. There have also been CLB pop-ups at wedding chapels in L.A. and Las Vegas where fans can get their hands on free CLB merch.
