Track is the latest release from the artist’s forthcoming fall album ‘Sketchbook’
Fans tuning into BET’s Sunday Best this evening (Aug. 18) not only witnessed the selection of the inspirational singing competition’s season nine finalists: Joshua Copeland and Melvin Crispell III. They also watched Fantasia’s premiere performance of “Looking for You,” a new track from the Grammy Award winner’s upcoming fall album Sketchbook.
"Looking for You,” written by Reginald "KJ" Scriven and produced by Scriven and Dave James, is the follow-up to Sketchbook’s first single, “Enough.”
Fantasia’s seventh studio album marks the singer-songwriter’s new partnership with BMG.
Hosted by Kirk Franklin, BET’s Sunday Best will crown its season nine winner next weekend (Aug. 25 8 p.m. ET/PT). The episode will feature performances by Tasha Cobbs Leonard and Vashawn Mitchell as well as by the show’s judges Kelly Price, Jonathan McReynolds and Erica Campbell. Campbell will debut her new single, “Praying & Believing.”
