Florida Georgia Line and Jason Aldean have countless hits between them, and now they're teaming up for a new kind of hit: 80-proof bourbon.
The country superstars officially launched Wolf Moon on Friday (Feb. 7), with both FGL and Aldean taking to Instagram to express their excitement over now being "bourbon brothers." "These guys are more than friends, they're family," Aldean says in a promo video. "We drink a lot of whiskey together, we made a lot of memories together. This bourbon is for the good life moments."
Aldean and the Florida Georgia Line guys (Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley) worked together to create Wolf Moon's flavor profile, which features "caramel, sweet corn, honey and candied fruit, balanced by hints of oak and spice," according to a press release. FGL are no strangers to the alcohol game, as the "Cruise" duo launched their own whiskey, Oldcamp, in 2016 — but now Aldean is pumped to get in on the action with his pals.
“There’s nothing like sharing a glass of bourbon with my crew after a show — you could say its been part of our ritual for years,” Aldean said in a statement. “Tyler and Brian have been a part of that ritual and we wanted to create something to remind us of our favorite memories. Wolf Moon’s name is a nod to the pack — the friends that become family. I’m looking forward to raising a glass with all my fans on the road this year.”
