Atlanta rapper JID, who is often touted as the next legendary lyricist for the new generation by many, has just revealed that a new album is certainly on the way.
From the rapper’s side, the album is done and in the process of being engineered to be properly mixed and mastered. “It’s coming very soon,” he said, alluding to a 2025 release.
JID has a few classic projects under his belt, starting with The Never Story that concluded its arc in The Forever Story. A master storyteller weaving ‘jittery’ flows, the rapper has been able to tell his life’s story in a vivid manner that has left fans thirsting for more.

From his disagreements with his father while fighting to pursue a rap career instead of football and college, to getting signed to J. Cole‘s Dreamville, JID’s story thus far has been that of an underdog that has found mainstream success.
