Injury Reserve group member Jordan Groggs passed away, the rap trio confirmed on social media Tuesday (June 30). He was 32.
While the death of Groggs remains unknown, Injury Reserve shared a touching caption regarding their fallen star. “REST IN POWER Jordan Alexander Groggs a loving father, life partner and friend,” the post reads on Twitter.
A GoFundMe page was created for Groggs’ family to help pay for funeral services. As of press time, the page has raised close to $57,000.
“Groggs’s heart has touched everyone he has came across,” the page reads. “He will live on through his family, supporters, and the communities he was apart of. Jordan Alexander Groggs is survived by Anna and their four children Joey, Jayden, Toph, and Ari. Please keep them in your thoughts. All funds will go towards family support and services. Thank you.”
Last year, the Phoenix collective released their self-titled album. The 13-track effort included features from Rico Nasty, Freddie Gibbs, JPEGMafia, Amine, A-Track, and more.
