Justin & Hailey Bieber Discuss Channeling 'Unique Strengths' While in Quarantine

Justin Bieber and wife Hailey’s third installment of their Biebers on Watch Facebook series was a bit different. On Friday (May 8), instead of a pre-recorded clip, the couple went live on Facebook and answered questions from fans about how they are coping during quarantine, their overall thoughts on Justin’s Lyme disease diagnosis and more.

“Some tips on how to stay busy – I’d say, all of us have our unique strengths and our unique things we’re good at and using our gifts in this time and also being creative is a good way to keep busy and also feel like you are getting something done,” the singer said about his time in quarantine.

Hailey mirrored the sentiment by adding, “I just think that quarantine is a good time if you feel like there’s stuff you want to jumpstart, whether it’s a dream you’ve had or an idea you’ve had, I think this is the perfect time to start doing your research on how to get those ideas out of your head and actually on paper and turn them more into a reality.”

On the topic of Justin’s Lyme disease, he noted that the struggle “was really difficult before I knew what I really was dealing with because I didn’t know what was happening. I just felt crappy and tired all the time and I felt brain fog.”

“I think just knowing and having answers is really good,” he continued. “If you feel that something’s wrong, go to a professional, go to the doctor, go to a mental health specialist. Figure out what’s wrong because when you’re sitting around and you’re trying to guess, play the guessing game, it can send you into an anxiety spiral and feel like there’s no hope. Shen you have answers it makes you feel like you know what’s going on which is good.”
