DONDA could finally be dropping this month.
Kanye West’s manager Abou “Bu” Thiam is assuring fans that the long-delayed album will be released following Kanye’s Chicago listening event on Thursday, Aug 26.
In response to the newly-announced performance at Chicago’s Soldier Field on Aug. 26, a fan asked, “After this will he finally drop the album?”
Bu responded, “100%.”
However, he did not specify if that means it will drop on Friday, Aug. 27 or at a later date.

It’s fair to remain skeptical considering Kanye was slated to release the album after his two prior listening parties at Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium on July 22 and Aug. 5.
Earlier today, Kanye officially announced a third listening event at Chicago’s Soldier Field on Thursday, Aug 26 at 9 p.m. CST. Tickets go on sale Friday, Aug. 20 at noon CST.
Kanye continues to tinker with the album. During the Aug. 5 listening, he played tracks featuring The Weeknd, Travis Scott, Lil Baby, Don Toliver, Kid Cudi, Lil Yachty, Playboi Carti, Pop Smoke, and JAY-Z.
