Kanye West’s Manager Teases New Album ‘West Day Ever’

Yeezy season is approaching.

In honor of his 44th birthday on Tuesday, Kanye West dropped the first piece from his highly-anticipated Gap collection. And he may also have a new album on the way. His manager Abou “Bu” Thiam teased the upcoming project, which is reportedly titled West Day Ever.

“WestDayEver. Album OTW!” Bu commented on Gap’s Instagram post.

Kanye first used the #WestDayEver hashtag a year ago when he announced his Gap deal.

Prior to this, the Yeezy designer had been working on his oft-delayed album DONDA, the follow-up 2019’s Jesus Is King. The project, named after his late mother, was slated to drop last July before being delayed several times.

On Tuesday, the first product from Kanye’s Yeezy Gap collaboration went on sale. The $200 unisex blue nylon puffer jacket sold out within hours of the pre-order and will ship later this fall. More pieces from the collection are expected to launch later this month.

Kanye also received birthday wishes from his estranged wife Kim Kardashian. The beauty mogul, who filed for divorce from her husband in February, shared a childhood photo of Ye along with a family portrait. “Happy Birthday Love U for Life!” wrote Kim.
