With less than 48 hours to go, Kendrick Lamar has unveiled the cover art for his new album Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers.
The powerful imagery finds the Compton rapper holding what appears to be his daughter while wearing a crown of thorns, with a gun tucked into his waistband. A woman who appears to be his fiancée, Whitney Alford, can be seen sitting on a bed nursing a baby.
In July 2019, it was reported that Kendrick and Whitney welcomed a daughter, but this is the first time she has been seen.
It would also be the first time it was revealed that he has a second child.

Earlier in the week, Kendrick dropped his new song “The Heart Part 5” alongside a video, which finds him morphing into Kanye West, Kobe Bryant, Will Smith, OJ Simpson, and the late Nipsey Hussle.
Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers, his final release on TDE, arrives Friday. He previously hinted that the project would be a double album and also include a book.
