West London rapper Knucks is back to give us a melodic rap on his new single ‘Fxcked Up’, produced by Knucks himself. Reuniting with Sam Wise, the pair give us their take on the events of 2020 so far, whilst highlighting that everyday problems such as fake friends and problems within the industry are still apparent.
With both Knucks and Sam Wise being very sought after lyricists within the industry, this song effortlessly blends to the styles of both as they deliver stellar verses. Sam Wise adds a brighter feel to the track on the chorus but still delivers his hard-hitting bars, whilst Knucks provides lyricism that he is known very well for. The Ray Fiasco and JC. Fry visuals in the video show Sam Wise and Knucks in loft-style apartments before doing what a lot of us feel like doing in these current – jumping in a DeLorean and riding away from the woes of the world.
A song that is due to gain a lot of traction and sets anticipation for the release of Knucks’ new EP coming later on this year, Knucks has given us a track at his musical best and we look forward to seeing what else he has in store.
