Lil Uzi Vert Apologizes for Punching Reese LaFlare in the Face

Lil Uzi Vert seems really committed to the whole new year, new me schtick. On Jan. 15, the Philly-bred rapper tweeted out a message positivity that rubbed some people the wrong way
particularly folks that the Bad Old Uzi had wronged.

I love everybody Im living my best life 2018 all my opps …. and anybody that hates me I really love you and if you wanna work just call,” he wrote.

Not everyone was on board with Uzis statements. The Atlanta rapper and Two-9 collective member Reese LaFlare jumped in to mock the rappers face turn, which he clearly saw as a put-on. “First time taking Molly be like,” Reese wrote.

Uzi jumped straight to the heart the matter, revealing that he had punched Reese in the face in the past. He apologized for the incident and wished the rapper a good year.

“I’m sorry for punching you in the face hope ya rap career takes f have a wonderful 2018,” he said.

Reese wanted it on the record that Uzi was backed up by a crowd men and blindsided him at an R&B show.

“Ohhhhhhh you talking bout the time you and 436362772 n**gas tried to jump me when I was with my b***h AT A WEEKND concert,” he tweeted. “I’m sorry you can’t fight I hope you continue to succeed.”

Uzi wasnt going to let Reese suck him down into a pit negativity. He closed out the conversation with another wish for Reese.

“Have a good year seriously,” he said.
