Macklemore Is Giving Away a Pair of His Air Jordan 6 “Clay” PEs Ahead of His New Album Drop

During his music industry ascension in the 2010s, Macklemore was tapped by Jordan Brand to perform at the Jordan Brand Classic high school showcase as well as work on a handful of his own special footwear player exclusives. Between 2014 and 2018, the Seattle-born artist lent his creative touch to five Air Jordan 6s, one of which is the Air Jordan 6 “Clay” from 2014. And to celebrate the release of his forthcoming album Ben, he’s decided to give lucky fans a chance to win a pair.

Only 46 pairs of this iteration were put into final production, 23 of which are owned by Macklemore while the other 23 are in possession of Michael Jordan. Uppers are predominantly formed with a supple suede material that’s covered in an earthy “Light Redwood” hue while the heel counters and tongues are done up in solid black. The most striking element on the shoes arrives on the lower heels which come decorated with a shark insignia to call out Macklemore’s Shark Face Gang.

Fans that pre-save and share his album Ben from now until March 20 will have a chance at getting their hands on a pair. Click here for more information regarding the giveaway.

Elsewhere in sneakers, the Air Jordan 37 Low “Team Red” has been revealed.
