Mental Health Month: Doja Cat, Zedd, Ally Brooke & More Share How They're Feeling in Quarantine

May is Mental Health Awareness month, which seems needed more than ever this year, as many of us are stuck alone in quarantine amid the coronavirus crisis.

Doja Cat, Yungblud, Zedd, Ally Brooke, Charli XCX, Anne-Marie and more came together (virtually) to tell Billboard how they’ve been feeling during these particularly trying times, working to break the stigma of “unproductive” days. This is a pandemic and not a productivity contest, after all.

DaBaby and Wiz Khalifa shared gratitude for being able to spend time with family, and Ava Max has been enjoying some “self care days with face masks.”

“I’ve actually had four or five days in a row where I’ve virtually did nothing but play video games all day,” Zedd admitted, with others like Alison Wonderland and T-Pain claiming to spend hours playing Animal Crossing on Nintendo Switch.

“I watched every Harry Potter movie, every Pirates of the Caribbean,” Doja Cat added, with Yungblud admitting that he watched an entire season of Peaky Blinders “all the way through and didn’t move.”

“It’s alright to vegetate sometimes and just sit on the couch and grow roots into it,” the “Weird!” singer concluded.

“Sometimes it’s alright to take some time off until you feel refreshed and come back,” Zedd mirrored.
