NBA Ben10 and YoungBoy Never Broke Again‘s brother, OG 3Three, have reportedly been arrested in connection with a shooting involving Detroit rapper AllStar JR that occurred earlier this year. According to reports, both individuals were taken into custody by the FBI on Thursday, September 10, 2026. Four other individuals were also apprehended in relation to the incident, which took place at a Houston restaurant on April 8.
The shooting reportedly stemmed from an alleged attempted robbery targeting AllStar JR. During the altercation, JR managed to secure a firearm and discharged multiple rounds, striking three people, including NBA Ben10. Subsequent legal filings in Harris County Court revealed that the injuries sustained by Ben10 resulted in irreversible paralysis of his lower extremities due to a severe spinal injury.
AllStar JR was previously arrested in Michigan this past April and remains in custody. He is currently facing an aggravated assault charge in Harris County, which includes an enhancement for causing a traumatic brain or spine injury, alongside federal charges for being a felon in possession of a firearm. Reports indicate that the confrontation escalated to the point where JR allegedly attempted to fire at Ben10’s head, only to run out of ammunition.
Despite the life-altering nature of his injuries, NBA Ben10 addressed the situation publicly in August, expressing that he held no personal animosity toward JR. In a video shared on social media, Ben10 remarked, “The whole thing went wrong but […] he ain’t do sh*t wrong but take care of business.” Since the incident, Ben10 has reportedly been confined to a wheelchair.
