As one of streetwear’s most celebrated collaborative partnerships in recent years, Palace x adidas has returned. The duo have gone from skate gear to football kits and everywhere in between and now continue their reign with yet another capsule.
Teased in Palace’s Spring 23 range, collaborative takes on the adidas Lucas Puig Samba and Firebird tracksuit have been prepared. Landing in olive, black and white colorways, the three offer classic adidas looks with a flair undeniably tied to Palace. The Lucas Puig Samba upgrades the classic football shoe with skate-readiness as the sole takes on a sturdier form. Co-branding in the form of a Tri-Ferg at the tongue and tonal “PALACE†text running along the lateral’s gum midsole offer additional touches. As for the Firebird tracksuit, the iconic Three Stripes run along the sides of the garments with the adidas Originals Trefoil and Palace Tri-Ferg fixed visibly on opposing sides of the front.
The collaborative Palace x adidas drop kicks off Palace’s Spring 23 season. Launch is set for both in-store and online releases across the world, beginning in Europe on February 3 at 11am GMT. Following this, a US launch lands on shelves at 11am EST. Lastly, it’ll be available in Japan on February 4 at 11am JST on the Palace Japan webstore and on the official “Palace_Skateboards†WeChat store on February 4 at 11am CST.
In other footwear news, adidas’ circular fashion-oriented Made To Be Remade line has tapped one of adidas Originals’ hottest new silhouettes — the NMD S1.
