The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree in these talented families whose musical genes have been passed on from generation to generation.
Over the years, we’ve seen Latin music icons (and fathers) like Antonio Aguilar, Vicente Fernández, Marco Antonio Solís and Ricardo Montaner share the spotlight with their children who followed suit and are making a name for themselves in the industry.
Some have even shared the stage serenading fans of both generations, like Alejandro Fernández’s memorable performance alongside his daughter Camila Fernández during the 2016 Billboard Latin Music Awards. Or when Marco Antonio Solís brought out his three daughters to join him onstage to sing a medley of songs a few years back at L.A.’s Nokia Theater.
In celebration of Father’s Day (June 21), check out unforgettable moments between dads and their children singing together onstage, others cheering them from the audience or a video that showcases the talent inherited from their fathers.
