For this year’s Only Watch, Piaget has revealed the one-of-a-kind Polo Skeleton Arty as its participating timepiece. Specially crafted for the biennial event, the reference also serves to represent Piaget’s unique sense of style, application of elite materials as well as prestigious craftsmanship.
This exclusive iteration features an 18k rose-gold build with matching-hued indices and a skeletonized handset, all the while presented in the Polo’s hallmarked 42mm cushion case in a polished finish, coupled with an octagonal inner bezel. The Maison’s classic emerald green and midnight blue colors are interwoven into the openworked dial, which houses the ultra-thin 1200S1 skeleton movement. Completing this stunning time-teller is a blue calfskin strap topped with green stitches, as well as an additional blue leather strap with tonal topstitching.
The Piaget Polo Skeleton Arty is expected to sell between 50,000 – 80,000 CHF (approximately $55,882 – $89,412 USD) at the coming Only Watch auction in Geneva. To read more about the piece, head over to its dedicated Only Watch webpage.
