Post Malone is ready to unleash a new single. On Monday afternoon (July 1), the Texas transplant hopped on Twitter to make it official that "Goodbyes" would arrive on Friday, after America's done celebrating its July 4 birthday. The track even features an assist from Young Thug, marking the first collaboration from the genre-blending artists.
Posty shared the artwork for the track as well, which will be produced by songwriter Brian Lee and frequent colalborator Louis Bell. Fans snooping around social media may have seen a leaked version of "Goodbyes" surface back in March.
Even without dropping a project in 2019, Malone remains a Billboard Hot 100 mainstay. His latest single "Wow" has called the top 10 home for the first half of 2019 and even reached a peak of No. 2, only to be topped by Lil Nas X's unstoppable "Old Town Road."
Check out the "Goodbyes" cover art below. Look for Post Malone and Thug's song to hit streaming services at midnight ET on Friday.
