Post Malone is looking to make a change in the world — by handing out more than a little of the stuff.
On Wednesday (April 29), Malone announced that he will be offering up $1,000,000 for fans to donate to various causes.
“Not everyone has the ability to financially support causes that may be close to them or that have helped them in the past,” says Malone in a press release. “The fans are the absolute best, and I want to give them the chance to give to charities that mean something to them.”
Fans have the option of donating to the following places: COVID-19 frontline responders, disaster relief, education, homelessness, hunger, mental health, veterans, and more.
Submissions texted to Malone’s community number (817-270-6440) will be sifted through by the “Rockstar” artist.
On Tuesday (April 28), Malone made history when “Circles” broke the record for the most weeks in the Hot 100’s top 10 with 34. “Circles” bested Malone’s previous shared mark of 33 with “Sunflower” featuring Swae Lee.
