Pusha T Reveals Title for Upcoming Clipse Album: ‘Let God Sort Em Out’

In what’s been a long time coming, the title for the upcoming Clipse album has just been revealed by Pusha T — and in a rather interesting way, might we add.

The official announcement was seemingly made as part of a Denim Tears x Clipse merchandise post on Instagram, and was understated as far as “announcements” go. But perhaps it’s just how King Push wants to move with this project, and we’re here for it either way!

The album is titled ‘Let God Sort Em Out’, and is predicted to be the duo’s most personal project to date — especially if ‘Birds Don’t Sing’ is any indication. The track, produced by Pharrell, delves into deeply personal verses by both Pusha and No Malice as the brothers talk about their parents with overwhelming sensitivity and an impeccable sense of storytelling. It was the perfect track to kick off the era of a renewed spirit for Clipse, one that will see its sonic manifestation in the upcoming album produced in entirety by Pharrell.

Interestingly, the album titled was sneakily teased nearly a month back before the now famous Louis Vuitton show, where we got to hear ‘Birds Don’t Sing’ for the first time. Reportedly, some merchandise that was released to promote the show in Paris featured the album title in bold, with a small disclaimer at the bottom that read “work in progress.” Now, we finally know what that was about, and cannot wait to see what other Easter Eggs the brothers may have in store for us with this project. Stay tuned!
