The accused in relation to the theft of the laptop of Nancy Pelosi is not in police custody anymore. On January 21st, it was decided by U.S. Magistrate Judge Martin Carlson that Riley June Williams will no longer be held in jail. It was after an ex-boyfriend tipped off about Williams after watching her video that she was taken into custody. She has been released on house arrest and faces charges of theft, obstruction, trespassing and violent entry and disorderly conduct as she was involved in the Capitol Hill siege.
