The wins continue to pile up for Roddy Ricch in 2020. The Compton native invaded the East Coast on Wednesday (Jan. 29), where he brought his No. 1 hit "The Box" to The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, serving as the night's musical guest.
Ricch made sure to honor the late Kobe Bryant by rocking a purple and gold No. 8 Lakers jersey during the performance.
Roddy hit the stage fittingly surrounded by a three-sided box and smoke at his feet. Different graphics would mimic his movements, show off his hometown, and even transform into a safe behind him during his time on stage. "Make some noise in the building if you rock with Jimmy Fallon," he told the crowd before departing.
The 21-year-old rising superstar took home his first Grammy Award for his role on Nipsey Hussle's "Racks in the Middle" for best rap performance. Ricch's Antisocial Tour heads to Philly on Thursday (Jan. 30), but will return to NYC when he takes over Brooklyn Steel this weekend.
