Sheryl Crow Performs 'I Shall Believe' at ACM Presents: Our Country

Sheryl Crow offered some words of wisdom, as well as a stirring performance of an old staple, when she performed “I Shall Believe” as part of ACM Presents: Our Country on Sunday night (April 5).

Prior to the performance, Crow encouraged fans to “try and find a little peace in the midst of all this craziness” while discussing the coronavirus pandemic. Then she dug into “I Shall Believe” — the final track on her still-stellar 1993 debut Tuesday Night Music Club — with just her home piano guiding her forward and a fireplace crackling behind her.

Along with Crow’s performance, Shania Twain, Florida Georgia Line, Luke Combs and Little Big Town were among the performers on ACM Presents: Our Country, which aired on CBS. The special took the place of the 2020 ACM Awards, which have been postponed from to September due to the pandemic.
