The unmistakable Stitches, the Miami rapper who rocks multiple face tattoos, wont serve time in prison for felony gun charges, according to TMZ. His attorney struck a plea deal in his case allowing Stitches to complete an intervention program rather than sit behind bars.
Legal documents reportedly state the Brick In Yo Face viral phenom cant possess any firearms until he obtains a gun license. Hes also required to complete 25 hours community service and a firearm safety course.
Stitches was arrested last January after police found a Glock and two rounds ammunition in his vehicle. Police stopped him after they witnessed him pulling out a handicapped spot at a local Whole Foods Market. Along with the gun and ammo, cops also discovered a mason jar with over an ounce marijuana inside and an Oxycodone pill.
Since then, the father three says hes ditched hardcore drugs to make more positive music and focus on his family.
I want to make positive music that inspires people to make better decisions, he said in an interview with ThisIs50. He admitted the only thing he does is smoke weed, which to him, is sober.
His most recent album, I Need Rehab, was released last year.
