Puerto Rican producer and singer/songwriter Tainy is relying on music to get him through self-isolation amid the coronavirus pandemic.
The hitmaker’s go-to songs right now include Julieta Venegas‘ “Lento,” Frank Ocean‘s “Lost,” Tame Impala‘s “Feel Like We Only Go Backwards” and Juan Luis Guerra‘s “Bachata en Fukuoka.”
“It’s been an adjustment isolating myself from everything,” Tainy tells Billboard. “Even though I am always cooped up in the studio, knowing the reason why we are in this type of circumstance takes the mind to another place. So, to get my mind and energy to a “feel good” status, these are some of my go to’s to listen to. My musical tastes are super eclectic and that reflects in this playlist! In a time where things are so uncertain, I am always grateful that we have music to rely on, no matter where in the world you are listening from.”
