Original Story: Last week, it was announced that adidas and Ye have mutually agreed to link back together so they unload the remaining $1 billion USD worth of YEEZYs that are sitting in storage. A partial amount of the proceeds from the sales will go towards international organizations that were affected by Ye’s anti-Semitic statements while 15% commission will go directly to Ye.
And now it looks as though we could be nearing the first round of restocks as the adidas UK website has loaded up product pages for the YEEZY 350 BOOST V2 “Zebra†and the YEEZY 500 “Utility Black†colorway on its site. Throughout Ye’s journey with the Three Stripes, he made sure to release these specific colorways multiple times to fulfill his promise of giving everyone who wants YEEZYS a shot a better shot at copping them. Both can be discovered on the adidas UK site after searching the term “Yeezy Trainers.â€
At the time of writing, an official launch date hasn’t been announced, but sit tight as we receive word on when this Europe reissue will go down as well as a stateside launch that will likely follow.
In case you missed it, adidas has brought back its 1998 Ozweego 3 silhouette in one of its original colorways.
