The Weeknd keeps the Dawn FM visuals coming with his latest for “Gasoline.â€
The violent and gory clip, directed by Matilda Finn, opens with The Weeknd’s elderly persona crashing his car before finding himself at a dance party where he runs into the younger version of himself. The two Abels get into a bloody fight as partygoers egg them on, leaving the older Abel to die on the floor.
“Gasoline†is the third track off Dawn FM to receive a visual following “Sacrifice†and “Take My Breath.â€
Dawn FM was released Friday featuring appearances from Lil Wayne, Tyler, the Creator, Quincy Jones, and Jim Carrey. The Weeknd revealed that the album is part of a trilogy that may also include his 2020 album After Hours and a third album called After Life.
