Urban Trio DFA Drop A Smooth & Playful Joint “Party” Off New LP Patient Zero

Urban music trio DFA, aka “Don’t Fuck Around,”  drop an addictive new joint titled “Party,” an ode to celebrating and the hardwork that preceded it. The three artists are Big Wu, Dub, and Ryder and united around their insatiable love for rap music. Off their newly released album Patient Zero, “Party” well-reflects DFA’s approach to music, always filled with a raw sincerity and infinite passion for their craft.

Two of the members (Big Wu & Dub) are brothers who were born and raised in Dallas, TX while the third member Ryder is a close friend of the two and a brother in spirit who is also from Dallas, TX.

Their deep Texas roots found them listening to Texas rap artists such as Z-Ro, ABN, SUC, UGK, Bun B, Pimp C, DJ Screw, and other Texas rappers at an early age which instilled a love of Texas rap. They also get musical inspiration from other rappers such as Jelly Roll, Yelawolf, Caskey, Suicide Boys, and Rittz to name a few.

The fact that they are for Texas explains their strong penchant for incorporating country and rock in some of their instrumentals, which contributes to making their music truly special and unique among their peers.

Make sure to give a listen and a follow to this exceptional trio, and play “Party” on repeat this summer!
