WACKO MARIA Announces a New Collaboration With Bob Marley

Since 2005, WACKO MARIA has been blessing the streetwear scene with playful graphic apparel pieces, many of which are inspired by the realms of art, music and film. And when it comes to collaborative projects, one iconic musician that the Japanese label often turns to is Bob Marley, and to ring in the Spring season, the brand has prepared a new range of garments that are designed with his Jamaican reggae band.

WACKO MARIA cooks up cozy silhouettes for its latest initiative, all of which are centered around a Bob Marley and the Wailers graphic. It displays an on-stage image of the artist and his guitar that’s been slightly blurred and edited with vivid colors along with the band’s full moniker that rests on top. On either side of the hit sits red, yellow and green stripes to further nod to their Jamaican roots. This graphic comes printed atop pullover hoodies, crewneck sweatshirts and long-sleeved tees while the band’s name is styled on the sides of a set of sweatpants. The hoodies, crewnecks and sweatpants all come in black, white and baby blue colorways while the tees come in black and white.

Each item is available on the WACKO MARIA online store now.
