Quawan Charles’ attorneys are demanding Janet Irvin’s arrest, as she saw the 15-year-old last before he died. According to Ronald Haley and Chase Trichell, it is possible to detain her on several charges after an audio was released, wherein she admits that Charles ran away from her home but she didn’t contact police.
