The 18,000-square-foot digs include a double-height marble atrium entryway, curved spiral staircase, movie theater, bespoke Minotti furniture, and custom kitchen with Gaggenau appliances. In addition to the store-sized closet and dressing room, there is a “daylight basement†with an entertainment room and wet bar. The outdoor grounds include an infinity pool with an Olympic-sized swimming lane and stunning views of Los Angeles.
The walls are covered with pricey artwork, including a Baltasar Lobo sculpture and a George Condo painting worth millions, while a wellness center is equipped with a sauna and steam room.
Drake owns the famed “YOLO Estate†less than an hour away in the gated Hidden Hills community, which he purchased in 2012 for $7.7 million. It’s unclear whether he has plans to make Beverly Hills his permanent residence. The 6 God’s real estate portfolio also includes a 50,000-square-foot mansion in his hometown of Toronto, which was featured on the cover of Architectural Digest.
