Omar LKC Shares His Artistry With The World – Too Far Away [EP]

Fast-rising Hip-Hop artist Omar LKC returns after the release of his debut single earlier this year with a full collection of songs released under the form of an EP titled Too Far Away. This release is meant to introduce his passion-filled creations to the world and exponentially increase his exposure in the game. With five astonishingly good tracks, we can safely state that the artist has fulfilled his mission, so much the tracklist is filled with sonic gems, wordplays, and much more.

An urban artist, poet, and performer, Oma LKC’s music strikes with the versatility it displays while never straining for effect or any sorts of superficial embellishments. When explaining the various stages of the recording of his debut EP, Omar LKC shared:

“Initially, I wanted to integrate a multitude of musical genres, to prove my versatility from the start. I wrote, covered and recorded (in my room) the entirety of this project alone. I have fully supervised my sound engineer Austin Leeds for the mix. I then completed the master on my own online. At first, I just wanted to do a project with a multitude of genres in order to reach several different audiences. It’s also an idea that I had from XXXTENTACION’s music of which I am an admirer. But over time, I realized that this project could represent even more. Now, in my opinion, this project represents me and my personality. My different emotions. My character.”

Despite being only 17 years old, Omar LKC has more than once showcased an early maturity often felt as a sign of greatness. His two main influences are Pop Smoke and XXXTENTACION, both being the reason why Omar started producing music. Most of his tracks revolve around a subtle mix between drill, dance, and emotional rap.

This soulful and timeless collection will become the cornerstone of the fast-rising artist’s career, and while everyone now awaits his next drop, make sure to play Too Far Away on repeat this summer!
