To celebrate the upcoming holiday season, recording artist Chanel West Coast has dropped a brand new Christmas single, “West Coast Christmas.” An ode to the holiday in the Sunshine State, “West Coast Christmas” describes all of the best parts of Christmas in California, including barbecuing at family’s house and celebrating with legal cannabis.
The Christmas single is the culmination of a massive 2020 for Chanel with the release of her debut album, America’s Sweetheart, which features collaborations with the likes of Too $hort, Dreezy, Anaya Lovenote, Salma Slims and Porcelain Black, as well as production from the likes of Rich Skillz (credits: Nas, Chris Brown, Robin Thicke, etc.), K.E. On The Track (credits: Rick Ross, Future, DJ Khaled, etc.) and ISM (credits: Chris Brown, DaniLeigh, etc.).
Her rapping abilities enabled her to open for the likes of Tyga, Cardi B, Machine Gun Kelly, Rick Ross and Waka Flocka over the years and, in recent year, she has released a series of songs, such as “Been On (feat French Montana)” and “New Bae (feat. Safaree).”
