So is Katy Perry pregnant or just playing a pregnant character in her new “Never Worn White” video?
She’s not saying just yet, but an Instagram teaser for the new video — which is set to premiere at 9 p.m. ET on Wednesday night (March 4) — shows Perry looking ethereal in two different looks: one has her body covered in pastel flowers, while the other shows off a pregnant belly in a form-fitting white gown, as she cradles the bump in her hands. As Perry wrote in her IG caption, she’ll be chatting with fans ahead of the video’s premiere, starting at 8:30 p.m. ET, so perhaps they can ask her directly about that mysterious bump.
“You are cordially invited to the premiere of #NeverWornWhite,” Perry captioned the video. “Join me on the @YouTube watch page tonight at 8:30pm PT and chat with me (promise not a bot! ) before the video premieres at 9pm PT!”
A representative for Perry had not responded to Billboard‘s request for comment by press time.

If Perry is pregnant, it would be her first child. The pop star is engaged to actor Orlando Bloom, who has one son, 8-year-old Flynn, from his previous marriage to model Miranda Kerr. In a December interview with Billboard, Perry talked about the routine of helping to raise her future stepson. “For me, at 35, I’m trying to create a little more balance of realness and normalcy,” she said, adding that the normalcy includes dropping Flynn off at school at 7:30 a.m. each day.
